Anti-Yellowing UV Aging Test Chamber
The test chamber uses a fluorescent ultraviolet lamp as the light source, and by simulating the ultraviolet radiation and condensation in natural sunlight, the accelerated weather resistance test of the material is carried out to obtain the weather resistance result of the material.
It can simulate the environmental conditions of ultraviolet, rain, high temperature, high humidity, condensation, darkness and other environmental conditions in the natural climate. By reproducing these conditions, it can be combined into a cycle and let it automatically execute the number of cycles.
1. Purpose:

2. Test conditions:
2.1. The test sample is fixed on the test rack, facing the fluorescent lamp. When the sample is not filled with the sample rack, the blackboard should be used to fill the sample rack to keep the inner wall of the test box closed.
2.2. Test temperature. Three temperatures of 50, 60, and 70°C can be used for illumination, and 60°C is preferred; the temperature in the condensation stage is 50°C, and the temperature tolerance uniformity is ±3°C.
2.3. The cycle of illumination for each condensation can be selected from two cycles of 4H illumination, 4H condensation or 8H illumination and 4H condensation. After the first illumination of 400-450H, each row of lamps needs to be replaced with a fluorescent lamp, and the other lamps shall compensate for the loss caused by the aging of the lamps according to the lamp cycle and replacement method. This operating mode ensures that the service life of each lamp is 1600-1800H.
2.4. When replacing the lamp, the water tray should be wiped dry and cleaned to avoid the formation of scale.
3. Test samples and performance evaluation:
3.1. Appearance evaluation: The main evaluation of the appearance of the coating is the evaluation of the appearance. The plastic and rubber can also be evaluated for the appearance when necessary. The inspection items are mainly gloss, color change, chalking, spots, blistering, cracks and dimensional stability. Quantitative item detection should be carried out with instruments such as gloss and color difference meter as far as possible.
3.2. Evaluation of mechanical and other properties: general rubber materials are tested for tensile strength, elongation, hardness, impact strength, elongation at break, tensile strength, and flexural strength of plastics, and other performance test items can be specified if necessary.
