The salt spray test box can evaluate the ability of salt spray corrosion of materials and their protective layers, as well as the process quality comparison of similar protective layers, and can also evaluate the ability of certain products to resist salt spray corrosion; The salt spray corrosion test of components, metal materials and industrial products can be divided into: neutral salt spray test, acid salt spray test, and copper accelerated acetate salt spray test according to the test requirements.

Material structure
Box material: The test box as a whole is imported PVC reinforced rigid plastic plate, the surface is smooth and smooth, and resistant to aging and corrosion; easy to clean, no leakage, abandoning the surface fading and fibrosis caused by the time of glass fiber reinforced plastic material
Material of the box cover: made of fully transparent imported impact-resistant sheet, which is convenient for observing the test condition of the test sample during the test

Product Usage
The performance indicators of the composite salt spray box meet the requirements of GB/T5170.8 "Basic Parameters Verification Method of Environmental Test Equipment for Electrical and Electronic Products". The salt spray corrosion test chamber can be used for neutral salt spray test and acetate spray test according to GB/T2423.17 "Basic Environmental Test Procedures for Electronic and Electrical Products Test Ka: Salt Spray Test Method".

Box structure:
