Sample rack requirements:
1. It is composed of shell, electronic components and ozone generator.
2. At the required elongation, the fixture is used to fix both ends of the sample. When contacting with the ozonated air, the length direction of the sample should be basically parallel to the direction of the air flow.
3. The fixture should be made of materials (such as aluminum) that are not easy to decompose ozone.
4, make the sample rotation speed between (20^-25) mm/s, in a vertical dry air plane, each sample continuously along the same path.
5. The rotation time of one sample is (8^-12) min. The scanning area of the sample (the shaded part shown in Figure 2) is at least 40% of the effective area of the test chamber.
6. Sample preparation shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 9865.1. The sample is best cut from the new molded test piece, if necessary, from the finished product.
7. At least 3 samples should be used for each test condition.
8. The width of the standard strip sample shall be no less than 10mm, and the thickness shall be 2.Omm 0.2mm. The length of the sample between the two ends of the fixture shall be no less than 40mm before stretching.
